Cyprus is fact becoming one of the coolest places to take a holiday in Europe. It’s magnificent scenery and quaint little towns have had people flocking their for the ultimate chic holiday. It is so popular that it has now become a regular place to spot a lot of A-list celebrities. It used to be a quite a quiet place and didn’t see huge numbers of tourists, but know it is the place where people go to enjoy some of the best beaches in the world, beautiful waters and to find what we are all looking for, a perfect mix between the traditional and the modern. I went with direct holidays the last time I went to Cyprus, they were so helpful in getting me the best deal possible that I now recommend them to all my friends. The friendly advice and expert opinions that I received meant that I knew even before I boarded the plane that I was in for a real treat.
Here are the best 3 things for you to do when on your Cyprus holidays:
The food in Cyprus is absolutely delicious, it’s one of the best things about going there. I love going on holiday and enjoying the food, every meal feels like a real treat because you are trying new dishes each and everyday. The best thing about the food is that it is very reasonably priced, so you don’t have to break the bank to try some tasty treats. Forget about any diet plan and indulge, I certainly did and don’t regret it for a second – eat everything that you see!
I went on three boat trips during my time here, I think that explains to you just how much I loved them. You will never be short of options either, there are plenty of boat tours on offer and they leave every single day. You can visit things like the mud baths, deserted beaches, jump off and go swimming and also soak up all the sun. I think the this is the best way to spend a day, I have some very fond memories of these trips – highly recommended.
Hit The Beach
What is the point in going all the way to a sunny location if you are not going to hit the beach at least for a day, you won’t find beaches like you do in Cyprus anywhere back home in the UK so make the most of your time there. The water is absolutely beautiful, the turquoise bluey colour just makes you want to dive straight in after your temperature has risen from all that sun bathing. The hardest part about hitting the beach is having to leave it at the end of the day!
